About two million roasted products, including some donuts and coffee cylinders sold to Dunkin ‘, were recalled about concerns about possible infection with Listeria Monocytogenes bacteria, federal security regulators said.
Manufacturers FGF Brands, which distribute baked products in the United States and Canada, have issued a voluntary revocation due to “contamination with Listeria Monocytogenes”, according to a report published Wednesday by the Food and Drug Administration.
Recovered products include a mixture of chocolate, bastard and Bavarian donuts. French crullers; éclairs? and coffee rollers. Some of the goods were sold to Dunkin ‘and produced before December 13, 2024, the FDA said. The suspicious source of infection was not identified.
The withdrawal, which came into force on January 7, was upgraded on Wednesday to a category II, which is defined by the FDA as “a situation in which use or exposure to a violated product can cause temporary or medically reversible unwanted health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse effects on health is remote.
The body did not say if there were diseases associated with the recovered baked products.
In a statement, FGF brands said voluntary recall was “a preventive measure based on non -product -related findings” at one of the donut facilities in the United States.
He added that “no donuts or contact surfaces with food ever tested for Listeria”.

The most recent recall associated with Listeria took place in December, when Braga Fresh announced that it had reminded a batch of broccoli Flores for sale at Walmart stores.
