The president of the University of New York of College Republicans resigned this week, attributing pressure from the national organization, referring to a Vanity Fair profile saying that Barron Trump, President Trump’s youngest son, was “like a weird in campus. “
In the profile, published on February 12, the chairman of the Chapter, the chairman of the Chapter, suggested that the son of the president, an 18 -year -old freshman in NYU, does not seem to be assimilated into the life of the campus and was exclusive.
“He’s going to class. He’s going home,” he told the magazine.
In the interview, Ms Walker questioned whether the university, a liberal stronghold at Greenwich Village with many famous Hollywood graduates, was the right one for Mr Trump’s son. And, according to the magazine, he recalled that a teacher had been joking about his presence on Nyu – “he really doesn’t belong here”.
Will Donahue, president of America’s Republicans, said in a statement on Tuesday that Ms Walker had not received prior authorization from the National Organization before speaking to “Vanity Fair”. The presidents of the capital, he said, must obtain clearance before “involvement with the media known for editorial prejudices against conservative voices”.
“During the conversation, it was presented with a narrative about Barron Trump who was clearly framed in a party way,” the statement said. “Instead of redirecting research into our communications group or refute the condition, he used the language that was not aligned with CRA’s professionalism and responsibility standards, inadvertently contributing to a misleading and negative depiction.”
College Republicans recommended on Sunday that Ms Walker fell down and made, according to the team, who also said she was calling on Barron Trump to become a member.
Ms Walker, 21, did not immediately respond to comments on Tuesday. A student profile for her on the University’s website lists her as a senior who pursues a degree in university in international relations and French. He said he had recently completed an internship at the Bronx Public Prosecutor.

Mr Donahue, leader of the Republicans of America, said on Tuesday that the team would welcome Barron Trump to his leadership ranks. He said that the team had long been a start for conservative leaders who had gone to become members of Congress and key elements in the political landscape.
“While we had not yet had direct contact with him, we would honor him to offer him a platform to start his political career if he chooses to do so,” he said. “However, we fully respect Barron’s privacy and personal decisions on his future participation in politics.”
